We liked their nachos, chicken fingers, and chocolate chip cookies when we were there. We didn’t spend much time in there, though, because we were too busy having fun in the water! There was truly something for everyone and all of the kids had a great time.Įven if you don’t have a cabana, worry not! Mondays are a very low traffic day, and you will have your pick of seats to place your towel or to enjoy a meal from their restaurant. It was wonderful.Įpic Waters was generous and offered us a cabana for the day, so we had a nice place to set our things down, an attendant to help us with our food orders, and even a television. I’m talking about NO LINES and NO WAITING for anything. I think there were less than 20 people there until about 3 in the afternoon, when I’m assuming kids were coming straight from school with their families. Be sure to check out their website and calendar for specific times.Īs you look through the pictures in this post, I want you to notice something: NO CROWDS! Seriously, even if they didn’t offer discounted admission for homeschoolers, the fact that we pretty much had the place to ourselves made it worth it to go on a Monday morning. Hours vary throughout the year, but this is a year-round attraction that is perfect for the entire family. The park is located at 2970 Epic Place, Grand Prairie, TX. This includes access to all of their slides and attractions (including the Lasso Loop, Yellowjacket Drop, Aquanaut, TexasTwist, E-Racers, and Prairie Plunge), the Flowrider® surfing simulator, Rascal’s Round-Up, a pool with some basketball goals to shoot some hoops, and their amazing lazy river.
